The period of the late 80’s and 90’s and the fashion in that decade was dominated primarily by the classic blue jeans and T-shirt style. A few designers came in created a stir and changed the trends. Young designers always bring in fresh ideas into any business. They infuse new energy and become instrumental in changes that affect the business in a positive manner. One of the designers that came and conquered during this period of time was Isabel Marant. A celebrated designer once quipped, “The dress must follow the body of a woman, not the body following the shape of the dress.” Isabel understands this very well and all her designs reflect this fact. She carved a niche for herself with her amazingly breathtaking designs. Her experimentation with fabrics and cuts made her popular in a very short period of time. Her clothes, shoes and jackets are chic and incredibly stylish apart from being wearable. This designer who has immense passion for creating incredible designs has been able to establish herself as a reputed name in the fashion fraternity.

A few years later, in 1994 she launched her line focusing on the women’s wear. Taking it further she started her children’s wear collection in 2004. The specialty of her clothes is that they look amazing on women and make them look prettier. The loose fitting dresses, ruffled miniskirts, chic mini dresses, boyish jackets, and fringed suede pirate boots designed by the designer look ethereal.Isabel Marant has boutiwues in several parts of the world.
